Students celebrate gaining their Masters in Internal Communications Management, run by Kingston Business School and Capita Learning & Development |
“We're very proud to see our first cohort of students graduate. It's a real milestone for the profession”, says course director Liz Cochrane.
Built on the highly respected Postgraduate Diploma in ICM, the Masters was developed to meet the changing face and increasing importance of internal communication in businesses today. Liz continues: "Students tell me, relatively shortly after starting the course, that their bosses have said to them, 'I can see a real qualitative difference in what you're doing'. That's something I hope to hear even more of in the future."

Capita will be holding a special welcome event in London on 8 April where guests can meet course leaders Liz and Jenny, as well as current Masters students who will be able to provide a personal insight into the benefits of the course.
"I was amazed at how much the Masters helped me develop in my role. It allows you to apply the theory directly to your work, and start adding value from day one as each assignment is grounded to your own business."
